RoomsLake Shore House has six bedrooms, two shared baths, a shared living room and a shared kitchenette. The kitchenette offers a refridgerator, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and basic dishes and utensils and of course, a dining table! The living room has a television with a DVD/VCR player, cable and numerous videos from all genres. The local general store rents many films; both new releases and older classics. The shelves are lined with books, puzzles and games. There are ample cozy spots for reading and relaxing.
Each room is unique and offers the comforts of home for the active vacationer. All our rooms have cable TV available and we also have plenty of fans! RatesOur room rates range from $25 for a bunk in a shared room to $80 for our biggest room directly on the lake with two double beds. A verbal deposit on a room is honored for 5 business days to allow for the processing of a credit card or the mailing and clearing of a check or money order. Upon receipt of the 50% deposit a confirmation letter is sent out for your records. A deposit is fully refundable minus a $20.00 administrative fee until 30 days prior to the date of check in. A cancellation within the 30 days deems the deposit non-refundable unless the room(s) can be re-booked. Payment of the remaining balance is due upon arrival and any cancellation made with 24 hours of arrival check in time will result in the charge of the remaining balance to the original credit card. We appreciate your understanding in the seemingly rigidness of this policy and ask you to understand that rebooking a room on short notice can be very difficult if not impossible.
